This home represents Winter Construction Company at its fullest. The homeowners came to John with a vision, and over the winter, he transformed their ideas into a detailed 3D model using SketchUp while developing an accurate estimate in partnership with the area's most trusted subcontractors. As soon as the snow melted, the plans were put into action.
Highlights of this project include custom timber framing by John himself, cutting-edge insulation technology designed for Maine's climate, and the meticulous attention to detail that defines every Winter Construction Company build.
