The Winter family has been in Kingfield for generations, tracing back to Amos Winter cutting Sugarloaf's first ski trail in 1951 and beyond. That history and deep-rooted commitment to the community changes how we build.
While some builders put up hundreds of homes a year and never think of them again, we build a handful for people who become our neighbors, and we put our name on work meant to outlast us.
